I do reserve the right to refuse any request I feel uncomfortable with.  Payment will be upfront and through PayPal good and services. I will not begin work until I have received payment in full. The only exception to this is if your commissions sums up to over $60 total in which case I will allow half payment upfront and the second half upon completion. Commissions may take a few weeks or possibly a month depending on how many I have received + work schedule.
